Hey now... Hey now...

1.
This topic was chosen by the researcher since women have improved a wide range of abilities in different field that promotes Philippine Diplomacy. The interest of the researcher was based on the relevance of woman and diplomacy through the United Nations that will give rise to the respect of women's dignity that engaged with man. Women have said to be predominant in different fields as what it was said in (June, 1991, mongabay, http://mongabay.com//) In the early 1990s women were found  more than a proportionate share of many professions although they predominated in domestic service (91 percent), professional and technical positions (59.4 percent), and sales (57.9 percent). The topic was also chosen to promote the women's equal rights with man and open a wide view on their strengths and weaknesses including their ability to have a role in peacemaking revolution. This will give the women to have the idea that will encourage themselves to navigate their lives in a good direction even if they suffered from abuse and unrespectful orientation of men. The role of woman in diplomacy focused on the sending of Filipina Peace Keepers for United Nations was preferably become the idea of the researcher since the growing society of diplomacy and government did not noticed too much on the role of women now a days were they focused too much on power and wealth proliferation.  Filipina peacekeepers for United Nations have the image of women's ability to attain masculine role which the researcher wants to improve that women can do what man can do. This topic has the image of masculine role of women as peacekeepers in Philippine Diplomacy. This research also enhanced the women's abilities in Diplomacy. The advantages of a strong presence of female peacekeeper in conflict and post-conflict zones include creating a safer space for girls and women who have suffered sexual violence, said Marianne Mollman, advocacy director of women's rights at Human Rights Watch, a global watchdog organization (May 20, 2010, Irrin news, http://irinnews.org). The study finally wants to initiate the equality of women and men in many fields especially governing diplomacy.
Statement of the problem
1.) How is Diplomacy relevant to Filipina peacekeepers as a tool of Feminism?
2.) What are the essential tools in womens propagation of peacemaking revolution that will promote Diplomacy in Philippines?
3.) What are the advantages of the Filipina peacekeepers that will promote Philippine Diplomacy?
Objectives of the study
1.) The Researcher expects that the study on Filipina Peacekeepers for United Nations and diplomacy in Philippines will promote the role of woman in the world.
2.) The Researcher will prove the abilities of women in peacemaking revolution that will promote diplomacy.

One part is the resolution for woman that they can be presented as good Diplomats one day. The contribution it may offer to the international arena will propagate globalization in the devotion of promoting woman. This would also develop knowledge for woman who will be future Diplomats in representing their country in promoting peace and negotiation. With the improving knowledge of situations in sexual slavery in the entire world this study would be a help.

Review of related Literature
Filipina peace keepers for United Nations enhanced the role of woman through different functions. One part is that their masculinity in giving safe guard on abused woman with different countries. Peace keepers proved that woman were not just capable of using their minds in promoting the world but also they can use their body for multitasking positions in a way they show their masculine role as what it was said in (Balana, May 30, 2009, Inquirer, http://globalnation.inquirer.net) Filipino peacekeepers are recognized by the United Nations for their outstanding performance and tireless commitment to maintain global peace and security. Woman now days have equal opportunities with man in promoting the world. In Diplomacy they contributed their strengths in protecting other woman for United Nations.
Diplomacy in terms of peace keeping security give relevance on the knowledge that woman have strengthened ties between Philippines and other countries. (Public informations service unit, December 17, 2010, Department of Foreign Affairs, http://dfa.gov.ph,)  loj said she is optimistic that the number of Filipino female peacekeepers will continue to increase which would allow them to continue to "set examples and be role models for Liberian women to participate in security institutions." She also commended the Philippines "for their vision in electing women as leaders and heads of state" noting "this is something that both Liberia and the Philippines share. With this statement Feminism proves that the continuous increase of woman would synchronize the world through globalization and diplomacy. Their strengths and liabilities together with their minds can be relied upon reconstructing the international phenomena for peaceful means.
Filipina Peace Keepers for United Nations is a good source of promoting the perspective of suffering that can also be an instrument in diplomacy by means of power as what it was said (Dela Cruz and Peracullo, 2011) Suffering has the power to change the oppressors. And so, the entire focus here are the perpetrators of violence rather than the victims injustices. Soelle's answer to the problem of powerlessness views the resurrection of good power. Thus this would also mean that woman through suffering has a good power that they can impart in globalization. Woman with solidarity can promote each other such as the Filipina Peace Keepers who protect their fellow women abused in other countries as what it was said (Dela Cruz and Peracullo, 2011)  Compassion somehow constrains us to suffer with the other; it demands solidarity with the other. And for Soelle, the resurrection is possible if there is real compassion that enables one to be centered on the other; there is a for-otherness central to compassion.
This issue imparted that Filipino women have role in promoting diplomacy in the Philippines. They helped in developing the international arena with the use of the ability of their minds to promote peace as what it was said earlier. Their capabilities in peace making revolution is better than man, Henderson said that in Africa, women can develop their nation into more synchronized era than man since they were not prone to war. With this, women can be a tool in the strategy of promoting alliance and good negotiation with other countries. Woman were bound to be a replica of man, they can do what man can do and implement equality, as what it was said (May 20, 2010, Irrin news, http://irinnews.org). Women might constitute 20 percent of peacekeeping units by 2014, but Lamptey acknowledged that some officials thought it "completely unrealistic" to try replicating this on the military front. "It's a work in progress," she said. "A lot of member states are beginning to understand that when it comes to peacekeeping missions, you really do need to have both women and men in the military and police equally represented; they are beginning to understand the merits of that."
With the sending of Filipino women peacekeepers for United Nations, the role of women in Diplomacy becomes a lot more specific when it comes to diplomacy. They were specified in terms of masculine roles and intellectual revolution. With their capabilities of handling insurgencies in their designated places, they promote diplomacy in Philippines and gained their respect through medals and awards. Filipino women as peacekeepers can promote diplomacy in the Philippines through the value of solidarity, attaining good power by means of suffering, by having a masculine role and their continues increase would gain good predominance throughout the world. With this, the strengths that women can impart in the international arena can harmonize globalization and peace negotiation throughout the world. This study that the researcher stratified forms new assumptions about woman in how they can promote diplomacy in Philippines. In evaluating Filipino women peacekeepers, their masculine roles in protecting other countries for United Nations promote diplomacy in Philippines.

I. Introduction
I merely offer this narrative report for the future students of New Era University who will be having embassy visit in the subject of FS 130. This report is also all about the knowledge imparted by embassy tours to us as students who will be having a good career as future Diplomats. Fortunately I found out that this report will have good resorts for our sojourn in different sorts of places and occupations.
The embassy tour was achieved with the strict preponderance of our very own professor Noe Pobadora. With his loving care, passion and devotion for work as a religious teacher, had helped and guided us to accomplish the tour which paves our way in the knowledge and information of some parts of the world.

As moving my career towards independence and success, I thank the knowledge and information I'd earned for the embassy visit. This will be a never ending part of my memories as my success will continue to pave my way.
As part of socialization, I observe the significance of traveling through mall stop over and site seeing, such as the Fort Bonifacio and Pillar of growth, as the bus continued to move along its way. The journey will continue to flourish our minds and enhanced our skills that we can prove the world of our justifying acts, in a way we can stabilize our country as a peaceful and meaningful environment.
With this embassy visit the world maybe a beautiful entire arena with the help of our experiences. Through this, I experienced a lot that I can use in improving my confidence such as social interactions. For the staffs of Sri Lanka embassy that kindly entertained us in our way to the embassy and introduced us to the ambassador, I thank your kind assistance. For the hosts of Japan and Thai embassy, I earned a lot of information in your country that I can use as special credit in my future profession. This report would be a book guide for the studies of future Foreign Service students.
II. Preparation and Participation
From June to July, we first study the structure of Department of Foreign Affairs, its vision and mission and the offices within the department. One part of the study in FS 130 is the Philippine Foreign Relations that our country encountered with other countries through diplomacy. One part of the study is the structure of government impact combined with the political structures.
On the second part of the activity Mr. Pobadora tackled some issues about what happened in the previous embassy visits that have negative and positive results. Such as; the wrong etiquettes showed by the students in meeting the ambassador, the wrong dialogues they implement in talking with the staffs and other officials inside the embassy, the improper behaviour they acted inside the embassy and the wrong communication they encountered in time of assembly, departure, where and when to meet.
The preparation started on Sept. 10, 2011, Saturday, at room 305 which was inaugurated by Ms. Fame Pascua together with the help of Ian Jonel Chamian (the president of our course) and company. The University hymn was given to the students at 9:13 am, at 9:31 am students collaborated for the upcoming embassy visit where in they offer different suggestions. Rhyan Go talks about the Thailand ambassadors and taught us to provide at least 5 questions for the ambassador at 9:45 am. At 10:27 am Esther discussed her concern about the embassy visit, how much we should have to pay, how many sitting capacities were enough for us to ride inside the bus, what type of bus are we going to ride and how are we going to deal with the parking lot.
At first the embassy visit was decided to be settled on Sept. 15, 2011, but was changed to Sept., 22 & 23, 2011.
III. Observation
Japanese embassy is indeed a wealthy embassy with its gigantic premise located at Roxas Blvd. With its modern technology in security speaks of its exuberant culture. I observed that they exposed their economy on technology and education. Japanese people pays honor on them, one aspect is the language they have which Filipinos must learn in order to acknowledge them. This is one aspect of promoting RP-Japan relations, together with the education they want the Filipinos to earn in order to work in their country.
Thailand embassy on the other hand has good assumption in promoting women with ODA in the support of Japan. They have five sectors, Social sector, particularly education and HIV/AIDS, Environmental protection, Rural development, Improvement of industrial infrastructure and human resource development, Assistance for Thailand's regional cooperation to Indochina as well as in the Asia-Pacific region. They have beautiful tourist spots, revitalizing cultural celebrations such as Lok krata and good perspective of nature.
Sri Lanka embassy however on the other side introduced me their economy through specializing their products such as the Ceylon tea. Another fact that I gained in their country is their history, Sri Lanka has also been a center of the Buddhist religion and culture from ancient times and is one of the few remaining abodes of Buddhism in South Asia along with Ladakh, Bhutan and the Chittagong hill tracts. The Sinhalese community forms the majority of the population; Tamils, who are concentrated in the north and east of the island, form the largest ethnic minority. Other communities include Moors, Burghers, Kaffirs, Malays and the aboriginal Veda people.
The good acquaintance together with the ambassador, staffs and hosts of Japan, Thailand and Sri Lanka made a good relationship in my perspective. The right gestures, handshakes and good interactions help me to develop myself esteem and made me gratify them. Their serious attitude made me find out that they know a lot of secrets regarding the international arena.
This strategy, as a helpful tool in Foreign Service as a course in New Era University have various ways of improving the students skills such as; self reliance, team building, good relations and good interaction. This also stimulates our mind in creative thinking that helps us discover our inner self in the propagation of our learning in different sorts. This gave us the privilege to exercise our talents and skills in different positions of different companies. The tour guided us to explore new learning’s outside the school not only the embassy visits but also the sites such as; malls, parks and unknown spots. This shows our mind to view the image of how beautiful is the world. With this report, we fantasized the world optimistically though it was devastated from many difficulties. Even if it is just an embassy tour we've gained a lot of assumptions in the economics, socio-culture and politics of Japan, Thailand and Sri Lanka. It views how we can cope up in intervening the alleged countries such as their products that was emphasized in inviting foreigners to take a visit in their place. One part of gaining interests is that their issues on contributing benefits in globalization. The tour endows informations to us in comparing our country from other counrties.
The visit can also be imparted in interdisciplinary studies such as to different courses who will open their minds in the view of international arena. This would further the children's mind in searching for knowledge about the world. To some Educators, they could evaluate the situations of different countries through embassy visit. For the Researchers, they can set up studies in comparative politics that will cover Japan, Thailand and Sri Lanka. Lastly to Future Diplomats and other disciplines involving international arena, the visit will blow up their career in knowing the behaviour of the world. This report enhances the diplomat's knowledge in globalization that will help them in performing tasks for representing their country.
IV. Assessment
This report is finalized in my efforts with the good support of Mr. Noe Pobadora, with his moral concerns I gladly thank him for accomplishing this task together with the vigorating journey of our embassy tour. For the continuous flourishing of the Foreign Service department may this partial fulfillment would be one of the good accomplishments of New Era University. For the leanings and endeavors I earned, I congratulate myself for accomplishing all the activity together in surpassing the hardships. With this report, all the tasks that have done in the recent months was shown on the various pages of this report.
The preparation was held by the head of program committees and Ms. Fame Pascua that was accomplished at least one month for the embassy visit. The schedule became systematized because of the committee’s wise decisions. With the helpful tactics of my colleagues in setting up the embassy visit the tour became harmonious and peaceful since you imparted a big role in cooperating for the success of the tour. The good relationship of the students made the team building a meaningful and happy journey. The minutes that was written by the Documenatation commitee also became a guide in the preparation for the embassy visit. The hours past in the journey became my good self realization as part of writing the minutes.
The Embassy tour  have opened the eyes of the Foreign Service students to have more critical minds in Diplomatic activities of other countries. Such as; history, economy, politics and socio-culture that enhanced our knowledge in international arena; tour have given us the knowledge to promote our country in various facets of diplomacy especially in International Relations. One aspect of this activity is its purpose to help the students in team building, social interaction, self reliance and cooperation. The good public relations through brain storming, discussion forum and queries with the staffs did not just promote our confidence but also introduced our school and have good benefits. Japanese embassy have promoted their country through the means of their education and language that entice the students to be more interested in their country. Thailand embassy has promoted its country through their rich culture and tourist spots that give the students the interest to know and visit their country. Lastly Sri Lanka embassy has promoted their country through their economy and products they exported that give the students the interest in business affairs of their country.
Finally the journey ended and I gladly thank God that he became a helping hand in accomplishing the task. With him we did not encounter any accidents on our assembly and departure in the embassy and the school.  This task will be in his glory and I showered him with thankful prayers for the continuous blessings and guidance he gave us in our journey.
